The Association of Craft Producers (ACP) is a fair trade organization in Nepal that provides design, marketing, management and technical support to low-income artisans, the majority of whom are women. Founded by Meera Bhattarai in 1984, ACP creates opportunities for artisans to earn sustainable incomes while building skills and greater financial independence. Today, the organization works with artisans across 15 districts of Nepal, helping preserve traditional craft techniques while creating opportunities for women to strengthen their roles within their families and communities.
