Our Herbs & Garlic is an earthy, savory seasoning made with freeze-dried Oaxacan herbs and Colima sea salt. Epazote and hoja santa bring signature Oaxacan brightness, balanced by cilantro, parsley, garlic and onion. We worked with the female-led team at Fruvethy, a Oaxaca-based organization that works with smallholder farmers to source all the herbs and salt in this origin blend. Their unique freeze-drying method ensures that the heart-shaped leaves retain all their incredible flavor, and their support of small farming communities is what drew us to partner together.

Cooking Tips:
